Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.

Data Responsibility & Backup

CRITICAL NOTICE

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all data, software, and files are fully backed up before any service is performed by ClickFix.

ClickFix shall NOT be liable for any loss of data, corruption of files, or software malfunctions that may occur during the course of repair, optimization, or setup. While we take every precaution to protect your digital property, technical work inherently carries risks that are outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickFix's total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for that specific service.

ClickFix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or personal time resulting from service delays or technical failures.

No Guarantee of Results

While we pride ourselves on a high success rate, technology is complex. ClickFix does not guarantee that every technical issue can be resolved. Some problems may be caused by underlying hardware failure that requires replacement parts or specialized factory repair.

If an issue is determined to be a hardware failure, we will provide a professional recommendation for replacement or repair options, but the initial diagnostic or service fee remains applicable.

Privacy & Access

We value your privacy. Our technicians only access files and folders necessary to complete the requested service. We never copy, distribute, or store your personal data on external devices unless explicitly requested for backup/recovery purposes.

By providing your password for service, you authorize ClickFix to access your device for the sole purpose of technical repair and maintenance.
